Sometimes it’s the simple things you do that make your unit more appealing to buyers.
One such thing is how you treat your dining room table. Whether or not it is set – or “staged” – can have a big impact. In condos,
the dining room table tends to stand out more than it would in a house.
Here are some ideas:
• Set the table with dishes and other adornments rather than leaving it clear. It makes for a warmer, more inviting look.
• Set fewer places than the maximum. For example, if you have seats for six, set the table for four people. That way it won’t look cluttered.
