The Cricket Club Community

The Cricket Club neighbourhood is an established family oriented community with a a relaxed, country charm provided by its lovely mature trees, carefully manicured lawns and well-tended gardens.

Many residents of this neighbourhood spend their recreational time at the Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club located at  Avenue Road and Wilson Avenue.  This is one of Toronto's premier private clubs that features an elegant dining hall overlooking an active curling and skating rink where members can even occaisonally watch skating legends such as Elvis Stojko during a practice while enjoying a succulent meal.

Cricket Club Homes

The Cricket Club neighbourhood contains a nice mix of housing including two and three bedroom bungalows, Tudor and cottage-style two-storey houses, and larger Georgian-style homes with spacious centre hall plans, the majority of which were built during the 1920's, 1930's and 1940's.

The homes often feature decorative bay windows, hardwood floors, fireplaces, french doors, wood trim, and built in cabinetry, and private drives. The lot frontages are generous, varying in size from thirty to fifty feet.

Have a look around 74 Esgore Drive, a typical Cricket Club home that we have sold below:

Interested in Buying or Selling a Cricket Club Property?

Cricket Club homes are in great demand because of the many amenities that this location has to offer, including upscale shopping districts, excellent schools, and close proximity to public transportation and to Highway 401.

With our office just steps from the Cricket Skating and Curling Club itself, we have extensive knowledge of the Cricket Club community and can help you with your Cricket Club real estate decisions. In fact we helped Doug Haw, former Cricket Club Skating Coordinator, sell his Toronto condos when he moved to take on a job in Ann Arbour, Michigan.
