Toronto, the City of Neighbourhoods

The city of Toronto is often called "the city of neighbourhoods" because of the strength and vitality of its many communities. There are many neighbourhoods with distinct identities to choose from when you are buying a home. Having sold thousands of homes in many different neighbourhoods of the GTA, we can help you decide what neighbourhood is best for you.

We have extensive experience with various neighbourhoods including:

Should I buy a House or a Condo?

Advantages of Owning a Home

A house or a home is generally more expensive than a condo, but there is greater freedom; you can have your own garden, lawn and garage.  With their own yards and generally more square-footage, homes tend to be more family friendly. A fenced-in backyard for children to play in can be a big benefit. Plus, a house allows the option of having pets that may not be permitted in a condo. Or you may have a hobby that requires more space than you would get in a condo.

If you are interested in a home rather than a condo, click on the links on the top of this page to learn about various communities that feature homes.

Advantages of Owning a Condominium

There are also many advantages to buying a Condo. Visit our Condominiums Page to learn about the nature of owning a condominium and to view various condominium communities that we have described.
